Inclusive experience
Accessibility
Shiora aims to make its public website understandable and usable across a broad range of devices, input methods, and assistive technologies.
This website has not been represented here as independently certified. Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and we welcome reports of barriers that remain.
Our approach
Accessibility is treated as an ongoing design and engineering responsibility. Current foundations include semantic landmarks, a skip link, visible keyboard focus, responsive layouts, meaningful link text, reduced-motion support, and controls with programmatic names.
Standards target
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as our target for the public website. Meeting a target requires continued testing as content, components, and third-party services change.
How we test
Testing should combine keyboard review, browser zoom, reflow at narrow widths, contrast checks, automated analysis, and screen reader evaluation. Automated checks alone cannot establish conformance.
Known limitations
Some legacy or third-party content may not yet meet the intended standard. When a reported barrier prevents access to information or a service, we will work to provide a reasonable alternative while addressing the cause.
Report a barrier
Email accessibility@shiora.health with the page address, the problem, your browser or assistive technology if you wish to share it, and the format you need. We will acknowledge the report and route it to the responsible team.
