Terms of service
These terms describe the basis on which you may access Shiora services and the responsibilities that support a safe, reliable experience.
Shiora does not provide emergency care. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, misuse health information, impersonate another person, scrape restricted content, or use the service unlawfully.
Content and intellectual property
Shiora and its licensors retain rights in the service, brand, software, and original content. You retain rights in information you provide, subject to the permissions needed to deliver the service and the applicable privacy notice.
Availability and responsibility
Services can change, experience interruptions, or depend on third parties. Any warranties, liability limits, dispute process, and governing law that apply to a paid, clinical, or organisational service will be stated in the relevant agreement to the extent permitted by law.
